I'm Adya Pandey, currently pursuing a B.A. (Honours) in Economics with a Minor in Commerce at Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi. Throughout college, I've actively participated in case competitions, leadership roles and experiential learning opportunities that have shaped my professional and personal growth. I've interned across research, founder's office, finance, and public policy, working with a Member of Parliament's Office as a Research Assistant, contributing to macroeconomic and financial research at Crowwd. I'm currently working at TOI as a founder's office intern driving operations, marketing, branding initiatives. Alongside these experiences, mentoring has become one of the most rewarding parts of my journey. As a mentor at CUETbyNTA, I've guided students through the CUET preparation process and college admissions, conducting one-on-one mentoring sessions and helping students secure admissions to top institutions like SRCC and LSR. I enjoy sharing what I've learned, simplifying complex processes, and helping students make informed decisions about their academic and career journeys.
