I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Law (BA LLB) with Honors in Constitutional Law from the School of Law, Raffles University, Neemrana. I offer advice and guidance to clients on legal matters ranging from contract drafting and reviewing to Buisness development and Management. I have extensive experience in representing clients and drafting & redling their tender documents, engagement letters, MOUs, and statements of work for various growing industries such as Renewable Energy, Infrastrure, Mines and Mineral. I also provide legal advice to corporate clients on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters. I gained experience in drafting petitions, civil suits, and legal opinions for corporate entities. I was also involved in drafting various contracts, including engineering procurement contracts, utilities services agreements, liquefied natural gas agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and franchise agreements. Additionally, I have appeared in court for arguments in landmark rulings and have handled criminal trials for both defense and prosecution. During my time with the Ministry of Law & Justice, Department of Legal Affairs GOI Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi, I assisted the legislative department in drafting legislation for the government. I was also involved in drafting various provisions of electricity plans and educational policies and provided assistance to the legislative committee on amendments related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Act. In addition to my work experience, I attended various conferences, workshops, and seminars related to legal entrepreneurship awareness and development. For my acedemic interests I have also published several articles in various legal journals on topics such as hate speeches, online games, and the public procurement process.
