Welcome! I am Adriana, a Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about supporting people with healthcare issues to improve their quality of life. My professional background includes several years of experience as RN in Portugal and UK, in both private and public healthcare institutions. With my experience in the Portuguese healthcare system, I can support you in navigating through the various options available and provide you advice on the best possible services and plans that will fit into your particular needs. I completed the Doula Course in Every Birth Matters (UK), and since then I have been supporting couples through their pregnancy and parenting experience. As I truly believe that an Holistic approach is the best path for well-being, I decided to develop my competencies as a Yoga Teacher. I completed my YTT200 at Yoga in Vienna, and have been teaching Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga ever since.
