We are Gargi & Damian, two globally experienced professionals who have successfully navigated the MBA journey and now want to help others do the same. Gargi brings a unique blend of experience from PwC (Audit), NGO work, Edtech entrepreneurship (bootstrapped, scaleup to 7 countries), and strategy consulting at BCG Dubai. With an MBA from IESE Business School and an exchange at Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth), she deeply understands what top business schools look for in applicants. Damian started his career with KPMG Australia, and later moved into consulting with Oliver Wyman in Dubai. He has leveraged his IESE MBA + NYU Stern exchange to build strong connections in the VC and investment space. He also manages the IESE Impact Fund, and X Aura Investments, giving him deep insights into what makes a candidate stand out in consulting, VC and beyond.
