FirstDorm will also Build New Captive Hostels for these Colleges, as and when required. We also work with Landowners across India to look at Lands / Buildings suitable for a Hostels. The team at FirstDorm has so far delivered ~3 Million sq ft of Campuses across India. At SafeRealty, we advise Families on how to Protect, Manage, Grow and Unlock the Value of their Real Estate Assets and Investments in India, keeping in mind Risk, Market, Value and Yield, Legalities and Taxation. We rely on our Proprietary Investment and Prediction Model, which has been tracking Micro-Markets across India since early 2000. We have also worked with the Development Authorities (Delhi-NCR) and Developers (pan India) to work on Resolution Plans for Stressed (Financial, Operational and/or Delivery) Realty Projects.
