I’m Aditya, a public policy and strategy professional and a certified life coach, with a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Delhi. My academic journey also includes management electives in strategy and finance at the Booth School of Business. I currently work at CEGIS, where we’re focused on enabling transformative improvements in the functioning of the Indian state. My work lies at the intersection of systems thinking, stakeholder alignment, and mission-driven execution. Earlier, I built my corporate foundation at S&P Global during its merger with SNL Financial, leading strategic projects on customer acquisition, performance dashboards, and cross-functional workflows. Recognized for my leadership, I was the appointed to the global DEI board, where I led inclusive programs across Smile Foundation, Adharshila Trust, and Robinhood Army. My pivot to the social sector came through my role at Pratham USA as their India representative. I designed donor strategies using Salesforce Einstein, conducted program evaluations using Theory of Change, and navigated partnerships across the US and India. At the University of Chicago, I was fortunate to have studied modules under Dr. Raghuram Rajan and Dr. Carlos Fernandes to understand the nuances of the policy sphere. I later collaborated with the MacArthur Foundation to design a metric-driven social indicator dashboard, which changed my perspective on the operational front and gave me a comprehensive understanding of data-driven approaches. I’m also a certified life coach, working with professionals to help them reconnect with their core self through guided methodologies. I mentor early-career professionals in public policy and economics, focusing on career clarity, time management, and mental well-being.
