Terms & Conditions

1. What this is. A paid 1:1 product feedback session. Advice and prioritization only. Not build work, not an ongoing retainer, and not a guarantee of revenue, downloads, or funding.
2. Scope. Feedback is based on what you share in the session (product, metrics, funnel, roadmap). I do not access your accounts unless you explicitly screen-share.
3. Your materials. You keep all rights to your product, data, and strategy. I do not claim ownership, partnership, or an affiliate right in your business.
4. Confidentiality. I will not share your non-public product details, numbers, or plans. You may share session notes internally. Public testimonials need your approval, and mine.
5. No guarantee. Past results (SayF, Growthtoolkit, HushBook) are not a promise of similar outcomes. Results depend on your product, market, and execution.
6. Booking and payment. Payment is taken by Topmate at booking. The session starts only after payment clears.
7. Reschedule. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Inside 24 hours, the session is treated as used.
8. No-show. If you miss the call without notice, the fee is non-refundable. If I miss it, you get a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.
9. Refunds. No refunds after the session has started. If I cancel and we cannot rebook within 7 days, you receive a full refund.
10. Fit. This package is not for agencies or affiliate-only products. If that is your model, do not book; if you do, the session still runs as a feedback call only.
11. Recording. No recording unless both sides agree at the start.
12. Liability. Advice is opinion based on experience. You decide what to ship. I am not liable for business losses from actions you take after the call.
