B2B SaaS Onboarding. I have dabbled in multiple customer-facing roles such as Pre-Sales Consultant and Implementation Consultant before I started leading the Implementations team at Chargebee. As an Implementation Manager, I am responsible for the successful onboarding of Chargebee's customers across segments (Small Medium to Enterprise) and regions (AMER, EU & APAC). As part of the role, I strive to bring the delivery consistency and reduce the friction points to make the customer go-live in less time as possible.
