My background in the payments industry includes working with multiple clients across a range of domains and specialties, with specific experience in areas such as collections, refunds, disputes, vendor reconciliation and settlement, and payment life cycle. In addition to my payments experience, I also have a strong track record in campaign and marketing analytics. For example, I worked with a large payment processor to measure the performance of eDM campaigns, and I built and maintained reports for an e-commerce client to track marketing spends across various channels and product categories. To support these efforts, I'm skilled in a range of analytics and statistical tools, including SQL, Python, MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets and App Scripts, Tableau, and other dashboard tools.
