With over a decade of experience in the financial sector, I am a seasoned leader with a passion for digital and innovation. As the Head of Fintech & Digital Innovation at Qatar Financial Centre Authority, I developed and executed a digital strategy roadmap aligned with the State of Qatar's strategy. I identified opportunities for developing products and engaged with local industry stakeholders to improve the regulatory and business environment. Additionally, I led initiatives that drove excellence and positive change within the organization and supported the development of the operational plan. As the VP, Product Manager & Innovation Lead, Innovation Lab at Citibank, Singapore, I managed new initiatives targeted specifically for the Singapore innovation lab. I led and engaged in product design workshops with stakeholders and design teams, contributed to the product technical strategy, and worked with key stakeholders in business and technology during initial opportunity stages. My accomplishments included pursuing new opportunities for lab initiatives by building strong relationships with all levels within key stakeholders in Asia & Global and communicating product vision to sales and product marketing teams to obtain market share. At The Open Vault at OCBC Bank, Singapore, I served as the VP, Partnership and Innovation Lead, Global Corporate Banking/Fintech and Innovation Lead. I provided leadership and digital vision for direction across the ecosystem, fostered innovation and used digital capabilities to deliver business value, and recommended future product & technology capabilities and the overall digital enterprise business strategy & processes. My major accomplishments included working on major ecosystem and beyond banking initiatives in partnership with Fintech, startups, and industry leaders and leading initiatives in areas of retail and corporate banking, such as trade finance, wealth management, and digital assets. I have a strong track record of identifying opportunities for innovation and leading teams to drive change. I am an effective communicator with experience building relationships with stakeholders and disseminating an organization's point of view. Additionally, I have demonstrated success in building and developing a network in business and tech to influence and generate new ideas. I like to solve problems.
