During my time at NIT Silchar and now as a Cisco SDE, I’ve conducted numerous mock interviews and mentorship sessions for juniors — guiding them on DSA, projects, and interview readiness. Many of them went on to land internships and offers at top companies. This hands-on experience gives me a clear sense of what candidates usually miss, and how to bridge those gaps effectively.
