I possess 17+ years of progressive leadership experience in Cloud and software engineering, Product development, Embedded Software Development, IT infrastructure design, technology operations, mobile application development, and global team management. Successfully led the development and growth of application which achieved remarkable milestone of more than 100 Million MAU's. Currently I am leading the engineering efforts for Digital Properties at Benesse India. In the current role I take care of technology roadmapping, team building and Digital properties at Japanese Education giant in their 0-1 journey and now moving in 1 - 100 phase. Before I had worked in leadership positions with UNESCO MGIEP helped scaling the learning platforms to serve more than 1 million users. Prior to this as Head of Technology at ABP Network scaled the digital platform to cater 120+ Million MAU's. Prior to this I had worked in various capacities with Cognizant, NDS ( Now Cisco Video Technologies) , MIMOS Berhad ( Malaysia) and National University of Singapore and various clients including Viacom Inc., Charter, Comcast Cable etc. My main passion at work is helping companies to capture a competitive advantage in the market through the use of technology, the development of innovative solutions, the creation of high-performance infrastructure architectures, and the streamlining of IT operations and business processes.
