My experiences revolves around doing mostly unconventional things at different points of career. I've been able to crack some roles I wanted to get into, and at times, event better than what I aspired for. There's no one formula or a pathway to it; especially a fancy college degree wasn't my reliability factor. I progressed through a range of experiences such as:

• I've spent time as an operator across different stages of startups ranging from seed, series A, to a unicorn. This has majorly been in fintech with companies like 73 Strings, FamPay, and Razorpay.
• I've always been in roles that allowed me to build 0-1-10 growth within products or programs. Razorpay Rize- a startup program, and Empowerette, a social org I founded stands apart.
• I transitioned to venture capital for an investment role in a sector agnostic firm, followed by a platform head role in a software focused firm.

Throughout these experiences, what worked out shaped me significantly. What didn't work, impacted me entirely. I'd love to help if you're navigating through your career that aligns with my experiences till now.
