I have over 16 years of experience leading projects and programs across three organizations- HCL Tech, Nokia, and now Landis+Gyr- and each phase has helped me build the depth and breadth needed for a Senior Leader role. I started at HCL as a PMO Lead, where I built PMO capabilities from the ground up. Over time, I grew into Project Manager and then Portfolio Manager roles, managing large global portfolios and setting up governance processes that brought visibility, consistency, and control across multiple deliveries and projects. Now at Landis+Gyr, leading APAC Process and Project Governance, I’m driving strategic initiatives to make project execution more predictable and data-driven. I work closely with CXO-level leadership to improve decision-making and align delivery with business priorities.
