I’m Adit, an HR professional and founder of BridgeView, an HR consulting and talent acquisition firm. I’ve worked across HR, recruitment, talent acquisition and people management, and have spent years interviewing, evaluating and hiring professionals across different roles and industries. Today, I work closely with founders and companies on hiring and people-related challenges, while also building an HR technology product focused on making hiring smarter and more efficient. I’ve been on both sides of the table; as a candidate and HR professional, and now as someone who runs a business and makes hiring decisions.
