I began my UK journey through a graduate programme and built my career from the ground up, progressing into General Management roles with global brands like Marriott Hotels and premium restaurant groups including Zizzi and Frankie & Benny’s. That journey from navigating visas to becoming a British national is exactly why I now guide international professionals who want to build their own UK/EU careers with clarity and confidence. I later moved into senior business development roles with startups before transitioning into the UK higher education sector. Working inside universities while also operating in industry and running business ventures across the UK and Europe gives me a rare dual perspective.
