With 7+ years of experience in the IT industry, I’ve been closely involved in building high-performing teams and strengthening people practices in fast-paced environments. Experienced in multiple areas of the people function from recruitment strategy and candidate evaluation to designing HR policies, improving employee experience, and building structured processes that support organizational growth. I have worked across hiring for engineering, product, and business roles while also contributing to broader people initiatives such as employer branding, culture building, and scaling HR operations for growing teams. I currently lead the HR function of a multi-product technology organization. I am particularly interested in areas such as hiring strategy, people ops, organizational growth, and building practical HR frameworks for teams as they scale.
