This 1:1 session is designed to help defence aspirants prepare correctly for selection, not just participation. Drawing from my experience of clearing AFSB in the first attempt, training at the Air Force Academy, and successfully guiding aspirants to the Indian Air Force, I help you understand what the SSB actually looks for and how to align your preparation accordingly. The focus is on building genuine OLQs, presenting your real self in interviews, handling psychology tests and group tasks, and avoiding common mistakes that derail capable candidates. The goal is to provide clarity, direction, and a structured approach that has already worked, so you stay on track and improve your chances of selection.
If you find value in this session, we can set a consistent rhythm of mentorship and continue working together until you feel confident and ready.
Before the session, please share a brief note covering your background, education, SSB/AFSB attempts (if any), current career status, and specific areas where you seek guidance. This will help make the session focused and effective.
