My number one goal is to help mid and late career professionals expedite their transition into and their growth as data scientists.. I wrote a book about this called "How to Become a Data Scientist: A Guide For Established Professionals." With this book, I am the only published author dedicated to helping mid and late career professionals enter and level up in data science with a proven track record of helping thousands in this effort. As a Data Scientist who transitioned into this work late in my career, I have a passion for helping others make this same transition. As mid-to-late career professionals ↔ it is our ability to do work that solves complex business problems using data science, predictive modeling, and machine learning that facilitates career transitions and advancement. I’m known for bringing a combination of empathy and creativity to all interactions. I began my career as an educator, and I continue to advance my career with the skills and ability I’ve gained as a classroom instructor.
