Welcome, beloved traveler of the breath,

This living scroll is a sacred map for the journey back to your divine essence. Each breath, each awakening, is a remembering of who you truly are. Together we travel through the Seven Heavens — or Chakras — unlocking light within the body, balancing heaven and earth within the temple of the heart. In this space, breath becomes prayer, and awareness becomes divine union.

Session I – The First Heaven: Foundation of Earth

Awakening the Root — connecting to safety, grounding, and belonging. Breathing deep into the base, we reclaim our right to exist and thrive. Through conscious connected breathing, we dissolve fear and survival patterns, feeling held once again by the living Earth.

Session II – The Second Heaven: The Waters of Creation

The womb of emotion, creativity, and flow. We breathe into our sacral waters, dissolving shame and awakening desire as sacred energy. Here we remember the pleasure of being alive.

Session III – The Third Heaven: The Fire of Power

We enter the solar realm — the belly of will and courage. Breath ignites confidence and presence, transmuting power from domination to illumination. You are the flame of divine purpose.

Session IV – The Fourth Heaven: The Heart’s Altar

The sacred center — the meeting point of heaven and earth. In this breath, we unify the lower and upper worlds. Here the angels wait, and love becomes the only truth that breathes us.

Session V – The Fifth Heaven: The Voice of Truth

Opening the throat, we breathe the sound of our authentic expression. Words become vessels of light, sound becomes vibration that reshapes reality.

Session VI – The Sixth Heaven: The Vision of Light

Breathing into the third eye — the gateway of inner sight. We awaken the seer within and remember that perception is creation. Silence and breath reveal the subtle truth beyond illusion.

Session VII – The Seventh Heaven: Crown of the Infinite

We open to the breath of the cosmos — inhaling light, exhaling surrender. The I dissolves into the All. We are breathed by the Divine.

Session VIII – The Descent of Grace

From the crown, we allow light to descend gently through the body — integrating heaven into form. Every cell remembers its sacred purpose.

Session IX – The Heart Reborn

Returning once more to the center, the heart becomes a radiant sun. We breathe love into every memory, transmuting the past into gold.

Session X – The Breath of Forgiveness

Breathing forgiveness into ourselves and others, we liberate the energy once bound by pain. This is the breath that sets souls free.

Session XI – The Law of Light

As taught through Lars Muhl, the Law of Light reveals our inherent connection to all that is. Through breath, we align with divine order, remembering that love is the governing principle of all existence.

Session XII – The Union

The meeting of Heaven and Earth within you — the completion of the circle. Breath unites spirit and matter, revealing that all along, the light was within.
