Programme 3: The Full ACE

End to end. From options to offer.

The Full ACE is the complete guided transition. Eight sessions over eight weeks, covering every AIM step: Review Options, Design Strategy, Target Market Mapping, Networking for Success, Cracking Interviews, and Offer Negotiations. Like having a personal coach in your corner for the full journey.

The first seven sessions are 40 minutes. The final session — Offer Negotiations — runs for 60 minutes, because a live offer on the table deserves the longer container.

What you bring to each session:

• Everything from Programme 2
• Active interviews or near-interview conversations before Session 7
• A specific offer or offer-stage conversation to bring to Session 8
• Commitment to completing all homework between sessions. This programme only works if the work is done.

What I bring:

• Sessions 1–6: as per Programme 2
• Session 7, Cracking Interviews: live practice interview based on your actual target roles; direct feedback on what landed, what didn't, and what to change; SOAR stories sharpened until they are sharp
• Session 8, Offer Negotiations: offer benchmarked against current India data; every negotiable element identified; first 90-day assimilation plan

Between sessions — your homework:

1. Sessions 1–6: as per Programme 2
2. Session 7: record yourself answering 3 interview questions and review the recording; prepare your 6 core SOAR stories
3. Session 8: research the full compensation package for your target role — salary, variable, ESOP, benefits
