The company I founded, MentorCloud, is designed to do exactly that - helping people find, connect and have intentional goal-oriented conversations with the right mentors & subject-matter experts from anywhere in the world. I have also written a book 'The Art of Mentoring: Simple Tools & Techniques To Achieve Your Full Potential." My vision is to positively impact 100 million people with the power of mentorship. I believe that when people are learning and growing in their careers, they are happier which translates to happy families, happy workplaces, happy communities. I have also been invited to speak at prestigious global conferences on the topics of Mentoring, Entrepreneurship, Innovation and How To Leave a Legacy. Before I discovered my life's purpose, I worked as a Supply Chain Executive when I delivered multi-million dollar projects for clients such as Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Raytheon, Hitachi Global Storage, Cypress. I also developed early concepts in automotive hybrid transmissions and earned two engineering patents too. I mentored over 150 individuals and each one shaped me to be a better person. One experience that inspires me everyday is a visually-challenged student, Srikanth Bolla, who I mentored between 2008 and 2015 through his graduation from MIT Sloan, and starting of his first company. He taught me the difference between sight and vision. I am honored to be featured in two books 'Mark of an Eagle' by David McNally, and 'DealStorming' by Tim Sanders.
