As an engineer, neuroscientist, and serial entrepreneur, my work is focused on advancing human experiences through multidisciplinary collaboration between engineering, HCI, cognitive neuroscience, and technology. With ongoing research interests in cognitive neuroscience and wearable neurofeedback technologies, I am actively exploring the possibilities of Responsive Environment systems (RES) using BCI. I firmly believe that these BCI technologies hold the key to context awareness, allowing to create more personalised, efficient experiences for users, while enabling systems to intelligently adapt to different contexts. I have cofounded companies such as That Semicolon and Bluematter Labs, and developed internet products including Carrrie, Cardspace, and Toss. My interdisciplinary background has given me a unique perspective on problem-solving, allowing me to approach challenges from multiple angles and collaborate effectively with experts from various fields.
