My journey began over a decade ago when I first stepped into the world of finance at EY as a Financial Analyst. It was there that I discovered my passion for unraveling complex financial puzzles. At JCM & Associates, where I currently serve as a Partner, I specialize in Audit and Taxation while also focusing on Financial Strategy and Transformation. One of my proudest moments was leading a project that helped a mid-sized company streamline its tax processes—resulting in a 30% reduction in compliance costs within just one year. It’s these kinds of transformations that fuel my enthusiasm for what I do. During my time at Deloitte Consulting, I honed my skills in project management and financial reporting while working on various high-stakes projects. Whether it was budgeting for large-scale initiatives or advising on pricing strategies for new products, each experience taught me something new about the intricate dance of finance and business strategy. I often reflect on how these experiences have shaped my approach to client relationships—building trust through transparency and clear communication. Outside of work, I’m passionate about giving back to the community by mentoring aspiring finance professionals.
