After 10 years in the corporate world and over 6 years in content marketing, I realized it all starts and ends with HEALTH. Can’t deny that I loved my previous role at my last organization, but it was time to chase something closer to my heart. I have been a huge fan of a country called India, and there is a big issue that needs solving: Women treating their health as a last priority! Jobs and people aren’t the culprit; it is the mindset that “health is optional” and everything else is priority #1. Even the judgment of what’s cool and what’s not is flawed. Drinking alcohol is supercool, but sleeping at 10 pm is "Budhapa"–another flawed mindset that’s created a huge gap between you and your healthy version. Hence, I plan to contribute in various forms and formats to help people in India( especially Women) gain access to a lifestyle that can change their outlook towards work and health. And trust me, it will be a win-win situation…and money will never have to take a backseat. I am also a content marketer with over 6 years of experience. Curated diverse marketing content.
