Abhishek is an Associate Director at TIAA, a leading financial services provider. With 17 years of IT industry experience and an MBA, he is an expert in Agile transformation, Lean Six Sigma, and cloud computing. He is also a member of the Expert Agile Club, a global community of Agile practitioners and enthusiasts, where he organizes and facilitates Agile/SAFe and Design Thinking sessions for the associates. He supports them in adopting and implementing best practices and methodologies, and handles large RFPs from the perspective of ways of working.
