How to think and trade Options

I have been trading for 4yrs+ now. Initially started with crypto, lost a lot there (around 350k$ with my base capital as 100k$). After that I dabbled with options, made a lot there in the past 1 month and then lost most of my profits. As of now my profits are around 30% of my capital in a month.

I was trading wildly but this lecture is not about that, I am sharing all of my knowledge in depth on how we can buy/sell options without fear and how one can take high value directional bets.
