I had never set out to be in education, public policy, analytics or startups. I started with a simple question : How do we deliver profound impact in people's lives, at scale? I've been lucky to be an alumnus of stellar institutions as the Rashtriya Indian Military College and IIT Delhi. My early days took me to the PwC consulting floors, where I used k-NNs, neural nets and Python scripts to unpack dense healthcare policies in the US marketplace. But it wasn’t until I found myself working in a rural constituency in Bihar—where public policy met lived reality—that the puzzle pieces started to click. Standing in village courtyards, decoding voting patterns and rebuilding voter trust, I saw first-hand how systems fail when they're built too far from the people they intend to serve. That experience shaped everything that followed. Over the last 9 years, I've led teams of sizes 3 to 300+ across Analytics consulting, Government & Higher education. Led analytics teams in Mumbai, built tech-enabled public policy tools, and now, at Rishihood University, I help shape a new kind of higher education for India—rooted in purpose, designed for impact.
