As the Head of Early Stage VC at 360 ONE Asset, I am building the only idea to IPO capital stack for founders in India. With over 15 years of work experience in various leadership roles, I have a strong track record of driving new business development, strategy, and execution, as well as mentoring and empowering entrepreneurs and teams. Prior to joining 360 ONE, I was a Partner at Lightspeed India, where I focused on investing in and supporting early-stage startups across sectors. I was also an active angel investor, having backed several successful companies such as Teachmint, Open, StockGro, Kutuki, MPL, and MyGate. Previously, I led the launch and expansion of Netflix in India and other emerging markets, and worked at Facebook, Uber, and National Instruments, where I gained valuable skills and insights in growth, partnerships, platform, and engineering. I am passionate about building and scaling innovative products and services that create positive impact and value for millions of users. I hold a post-graduate degree in management from the Indian School of Business, and a bachelor's degree in telecommunications engineering from the RV College of Engineering.
