I have worked across the US, Europe, APAC, MENA, and India, leading growth strategy, portfolio prioritization, market entry, commercial due diligence, post merger integration, and performance transformation engagements. Currently, I am part of the Strategy & Portfolio Operations team at Novartis, primarily involved in M&A, strategic evaluations, and portfolio optimization initiatives aimed at driving long-term value creation. Previously, I was with EY-Parthenon (India practice) as a Strategy Consultant, advising global pharma, Private Equity, MedTech, and healthcare clients on growth strategy, commercial excellence, and transaction support. Earlier in my career, I worked at Novartis and ZS Associates in commercial strategy and analytics roles. I hold an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Panjab University.
