With a passion for driving operational excellence and enhancing customer experience, I lead the strategic integration of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and product development in the aviation sector. I have successfully launched products that enable airlines and airports to optimize their operations, leverage data-driven insights, and deliver personalized services. I hold an Aerospace MBA from Toulouse Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. I am also a certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager and a Senior Product Manager Certification™ holder from Product School.
