Abhishek has completed his post graduation from IIM Kozhikode and bachelors in Electrical Engineering from NIT Durgapur. He has an overall industry experience of 4.5 years. Abhishek is part of the Risk Mitigation department in Amazon and handles a team size of 80 spread across 2 LOBs. He works towards making Amazon a risk free platform and ensure his team meets all operational goals and service levels of each function.Responsible for team's performance management,he has also lead multiple projects and taken complete ownership from end to end which are focused towards process improvements and aligned with organisational goals. He has taken various leadership roles along with being a team player at every stage.Member of IIC and Konsult in IIM,placement coordination in NIT and school captain are few of his position in past. He worked with various suppliers across different domains and consulted them in improving the quality and cost reduction approach. Working extensively on problem solving approach he has used his analytical and logical thing to solve many critical issues for TATA Motors and his suppliers.He was also awarded by JRD Quality award and a Champion team award for his excelling performance in the organisation. Abhishek is focused and determined towards his goal and believe in planned and disciplined approach. He like taking challenging assignments and exceed the expectations every time.Having shouldered many responsibilities in the past, he has leadership skills and developed strong analytical and reasoning ability.He has a knack of learning new things, which makes him adaptable at different circumstances. On a personal front,he strongly believe in giving back to the society, and have worked towards upliftment of certain sections of the society by imparting education.He likes solving mathematical puzzles and playing volley ball.
