Abhishek is currently working at the AVP ESG Strategy at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Abhishek did his MBA from Said Business School, University of Oxford and his summer internship at BMW Group in the ESG division. He was a member of the Green Templeton College at Oxford. He was a fellow at Oxford SDG Impact Lab, and was chosen as the 100 most inspirational MBAs in the world and represented the school in Milan, Italy. He did his international exchanges during his MBA at IE Business School, Spain and the University of Cape Town. He is also passionate about the VC/PE space. He has done his executive VC certification from the Indian School of Business and has worked part-time with Osney Capital (Boutique VC in the UK) as Venture Analyst during his MBA. Prior to it, Abhishek worked at Mckinsey & Company in the India office, and specialized in Customer Experience transformations. He has worked across sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Utilities, Telecom, Media, etc, and on-ground in geographies such as USA, France, Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom and India. He was also an active member of the sustainability work and part of the McKinsey Delegation to the One Young World conference 2022 in Manchester, UK. Abhishek runs an NGO in India called We Clothe Them, it helps in providing clothes to the needy. It operates in 3 cities (New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore) and has helped clothe over 7000 people. He also piloted international work for the organization in Australia. Abhishek is author of Iridescence (travel photo-poetry book). The book is the first of it's kind in Asia and was ranked #1 in the poetry section of Amazon India. Before joining Mckinsey, Abhishek worked at KPMG India in the GRCS (Global Risk and Compliance division) as a Risk Analyst. During his time there he worked in sectors such as Real Estate and Travel. Abhishek has studied Economics at Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi, and during the college interned in organizations such as General Electrics (Erstwhile Alstom India), Kotak Mahindra Bank and AIESEC Mauritius. During his college, he also held key position such as Editor of the Economics Society and President of the Spic Macay Society of college.
