I am a Principal Software Engineer and Technical Lead based in London with 7+ years of experience building scalable distributed systems, leading large-scale cloud migration programs, and mentoring engineers. Currently at nCino, I lead complex technical initiatives from migrating multi-tenant platform services to AWS (saving $400k+ annually and cutting latency) to architecting data ingestion systems handling 50M+ records daily. Over the course of my career across Fintech and Energy sectors, I’ve moved between hands-on full-stack development, cloud architecture, and people leadership. Beyond technical delivery, my real passion lies in developing engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning. I’ve designed onboarding programs that cut ramp-up time by 50% and have mentored developers across all career stages to help them level up technically and step into leadership.
