How the Referral Process Works

1. Mention the Job ID:

- Visit Amazon's Career Portal (https://www.amazon.jobs/en/) and share the Job ID's wherein you have atleast 50% skillset match

2. Submit Your Resume:

- Share your resume to [email protected]

- Provide the Job ID, your resume and a brief about yourself in the mail

3. Tailored Resume for the Job Description (JD):

- Your resume must be customized to match the specific requirements and qualifications mentioned in the JD.

- Highlight relevant experiences, skills, and achievements that align with Amazon’s Leadership Principles.

4. Need Help with Resume Editing?

- If your resume needs improvements, you can book a Resume Review session (free for all)

- In this session, I will:

1. Provide personalized feedback based on the job role.
2. Help you improve your resume using action verbs and highlight your achievements and what value addition you can do to the role on offer.

5. Referral Submission:

- Once your resume is optimized and the Job ID is provided, I will submit your referral through Amazon’s internal portal.

- A referral increases your chances of getting noticed by recruiters but does not guarantee an interview or callback from recruiters.

- Once the referral is submitted, you will receive an email from Amazon containing a link to apply for the referred job (might go to spam as well)
