I started my career as an Electrical engineer at a public owned Steel giant PSU to switching to the construction Industry and working on infrastructure development projects as a Project manager. The journey has been pretty amazing so far!! As a Sr. Project Manager & Certified ScrumMaster, I was involved in introducing Scrum-Agile Methodologies in the construction sector through our small projects, coordinating with teams working on different projects with different scope. Along with that work majorly on data analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, workflow optimization and change management to accommodate new ideas and technologies and smoothening the working of teams working within organization. Prior to this, as Assistant Manager, I had the opportunity to hone my technical skills along with learning to deal with people which helped me to grow as an Individual. Early on in my career I was humbled by the opportunity to experience the working of a mega steel plant with all the giant machines that I got the opportunity to work on.
