With over 19 years of experience in the IT/ITES industry, I am a senior HR professional with a passion for learning, exploring, and growing in different domains of Human Resources. Most recently, I led the global HR post-merger integration (PMI) for acquired entities across enterprise and technology service lines at Cognizant, a leading provider of digital, consulting, and technology services. In this role, I managed end-to-end project management of HR M&A integration activities, collaborate with various global stakeholders, execute on HR integration deliverables, and provide strategic thought leadership. Previously, I led the global promotion process for all levels up to VP across the organization, overseeing and supporting the design, development, implementation, and communication of the global promotions framework. I also have extensive experience in performance management, compensation and benefits, HR COE, HR PMO, HRBP and Talent Acquisition functions, as well as being part of or leading strategic initiatives, process improvements, policy changes, and customized solutions for business units.
