Product Sense: Build the Muscle by Practising

Most people think product sense is a mysterious talent that some product managers, founders, and designers are simply born with. This book argues the opposite.

Product sense is not magic. It is a learnable skill built through deliberate practice.

At its core, product sense is the ability to consistently identify what users truly need, decide what matters most, and create products that deliver meaningful impact. Judgment helps select the right solution among many possibilities while balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user value.
