My current role involves driving cross-functional collaboration across CX, UI, and UX teams from various LBUs to enhance business applications. I also lead the creation of technical documentation that supports scalable and user-centric solutions. Previously, I worked as a Program Manager – Cloud FinOps, where I led initiatives in vendor replacement, in-house tool development, cloud cost optimization, resource tagging, and cloud migration oversight. My work consistently focused on delivering value through operational efficiency and strategic cloud adoption. Before Prudential, I was a Strategy Consultant at Strategy& (PwC US Advisory), contributing to projects in cloud financial optimization, IT operating model design, enterprise architecture, and product marketing for a DaaS offering. I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients across healthcare, automotive, IT products, and energy & utilities. I began my post-MBA journey at Capgemini as a Senior Consultant, managing cloud migration projects and conducting cloud assessments for clients in insurance, retail, water, and asset management sectors. My career started at DXC Technology, where I gained hands-on experience in product development. I hold certifications in SAFe 5, Azure Fundamentals, and Digital Acumen, and bring a versatile skill set across FinOps, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), data visualization (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI), Agile methodologies, and SQL.
