With more than 10 years of experience in the fashion retail industry, I am a Sr. Manager at Landmark Group, the largest and most successful retail conglomerate in the MENA region. I lead the customer value management and trade strategy for Centrepoint, the flagship fashion retailer that operates over 150+ large format stores across 100+ Cities in MENA region. In previous roles, I leverage my expertise in strategy, marketing, CRM, merchandising, and retail operations to drive footfall, increase loyalty, and grow market share for more than 30 brands, including Next, Splash, Babyshop, Shoemart, LaSenza, Gant, BHS, and Redtag. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions, such as launching e-commerce platforms, expanding to new markets, and setting up merchandise functions for new brands. I hold an MBA from IIM Bangalore, one of the top business schools in India, and I am passionate about leading the customer and growth agenda through a data-driven and analytical approach.
