Research for me is all about using robust methods of investigation and knowledge generation to facilitate evidence informed decision making, whether in the context of developing interventions, designing products, informing growth strategy, or public policy. As a researcher I believe a mixed methods approach is what truly gives us a comprehensive picture of the phenomenon we are trying to understand. I am well versed with key research skills ranging from designing surveys, statistical analysis, concept testing, interviewing, heuristic evaluations, usability testing, segmentation, time management, report writing, storytelling, managing stakeholders and projects and a plethora of other UX/Market Research methods. I bring with me 5 years of experience designing and conducting evidence-based research projects focusing on understanding human behavior and problems in a variety of settings and prestigious institutions.
