Abhimit Mishra is the Co-Founder and Game Director at FatCatPlay Game Studio, an independent studio focused on building original IPs with high production value. With a background in both game development and toy design and manufacturing, Abhimit brings a unique blend of creativity, structure, and strategic thinking to his work. He currently leads a talented team of 15+ game developers across design, programming and art. He also teaches Game Design at Avantika Univeristy to young designers. Before founding his studio, Abhimit worked as a toy designer, where he led the development and launch of 22 SKUs for global e-commerce and general trade. This experience honed his skills in product development, project management, and playful innovation. He holds a Master’s in Toy and Game Design and is deeply passionate about shaping the future of interactive media through design, education, and community. His expertise lies in designing meaningful systems, balancing gameplay mechanics, and crafting engaging player experiences. Abhimit is building more than just games—he’s creating a platform for playful thinking, collaboration, and long-term impact.
