It is widely proven that "Great research breeds great design", and I am in total agreement to it. I am part of the team that builds an internal view of how people and technologies interact by providing human factors technical expertise on topics such as advanced user-interface technology development, taking into account human design considerations and providing information about requirements, needs, fatigue, ergonomics and usability of interfaces. I have diverse working experience on various User Experience (UX) Research projects into different domains like Media & Entertainment, HCM, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Smart cities (IOT), Telecom etc. I use Design Thinking methodology to understand user-centric problems, empathize, co-create, work with the cross-cultural teams. I am well versed with Formative and Summative research methods and developed and administered qualitative & quantitative research methodologies to gather user feedback, user reaction and perceptions.
