Growing up in the small hilly state of Tripura, gave me the necessity & power to give wings to my small town dreams. I have come a long way from there but still rooted in all my endeavours. I have worked professionally in the Marketing & Digital side of the business for over 8 years with stints in Deloitte, M&C Saatchi, WAT Consult & Experience Commerce. I have led teams which dove deep into the Business side of strategy while keeping Consumer understanding at the core for solving client's challenges. As a mentor, I have partnered with Symbiosis International University, PTVAIM's Centre of Entrepreneurship & Innovation & Miles SOBA. With this collaborations, I have been able to provide practical insights along with theoretical models and frameworks of branding and advertising to BMM, BBA & MBA students. Currently, I am building GuruQore (bootstrapped) where we are helping marketing professionals upskill, network and get work opportunities via the platform. I am also an Independent Music Producer (Sahamanyu) & an ardent sportsperson. I believe in YinYang & embracing balance to exist & evolve in life.
