3. Flexible Communication Channels: While I cherish our scheduled time, I also appreciate spontaneous interactions. 4. Open-mindedness: We might have different views, and that's okay! All perspectives are welcome here.
5. Respectful Engagement: Our dialogues should be a space for mutual learning. Regardless of our differences, our interactions will always prioritize respect and constructive feedback.
6. Punctuality: Kindly ensure to join the meeting on time. If you anticipate being late, please send a notification.
7. Duration: To respect both our schedules, our discussion will adhere to the allocated 15-minute slot.
8. No Recording: Please refrain from recording our conversation unless explicit permission is granted.
9. Preparation: Please review the agenda you’ve shared before our call, so we can dive deep into our discussion promptly.
10. Technical Issues: If either party experiences technical difficulties, an effort will be made to reconnect within 10 minutes. If reconnection is not possible, we can agree on a next schedule over email.
11. No-Sell Policy: While I appreciate passion and enthusiasm, this call is not an opportunity for sales pitches or promotions.
12. Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly do so at least 24 hours in advance.
13. Safe Environment: Both parties commit to creating a safe environment where ideas can be exchanged freely, without fear of judgment or reprisal.
14. Confidentiality: Any personal or sensitive information shared during our discussion will not be conditioned to be part of confidential use. Please make sure, if there is any such information, then refrain on providing those.
15. Feedback: Constructive feedback post-discussion is welcome. It helps both of us grow and refine our conversation skills.
16. Stay Engaged: To ensure our conversation is meaningful, please minimize distractions during the call.
