During my time at ThoughtWorks and Allegis, I collaborated closely with both regional and global teams, using my expertise in relationship-building and change management to lead successful talent-acquisition initiatives. I’m passionate about building teams that are not only inclusive but also bring a wide range of perspectives to the table. I recently completed an MSc in Human Resource Management at Trinity Business School, which further sharpened my skills.
