This gentleman helped a lot with understanding how German Master's can help and what I need to focus on. This was a privilege, as I did not know all the questions I should be asking, and Abhay knew it very well and guided me meticulously based on my study goals.

My session with Abhay was really insightful - He gave me a great rundown of what one should expect with studying in Germany, along with information on the job market. He was friendly and supportive, and gave personalised guidance through assessing my scenario and I got a clear picture related to my answers!

I am grateful to Abhay for providing such a comprehensive overview of MSc HCI programmes in Germany. He offered valuable insights into the curriculum structure, work-life balance, and the importance of developing language skills. His explanation of the differences between pursuing a thesis and gaining industry experience was particularly helpful in shaping my perspective. Our discussion has given me a much clearer understanding of what to expect and how to prepare effectively for the journey ahead.

I had a really insightful call regarding applying to Germany, and I'm so glad I reached out! He was incredibly helpful, shared specific and practical advice, and guided me through things I hadn’t even considered. I left the call feeling much more confident and clearer about many doubts. Highly appreciate the time and support! 100% Recommended.

About me

8 years ago, I left my corporate job in India and moved to Germany to pursue Master’s in HCI at Bauhaus University Weimar. I juggled part-time jobs, studied German (still am!) and slowly built my path into the design world here. Today, I work as a Senior Product Designer at a tech startup. I’ve navigated different company cultures, design maturities, and the personal challenges that come with relocating and starting over. I offer mentorship not because I have all the answers, but because I deeply value connecting with new designers who are writing their own stories. If I can help you ask better questions or make more informed decisions, it’s worth my time. My sessions are free ( for now ) and open only on weekend mornings. Book a chat if you're thinking of studying design in Germany, or just need someone who’s been there.
