This is a hands-on discussion session for engineers, tech leads, and EMs who want a sounding board on real technical problems.

What we can cover:

• System & platform design — architecture reviews, data pipeline design, event-driven systems, build-vs-buy decisions, and handling scale (throughput, oversized payloads, cost tradeoffs)
• AI/LLM infrastructure — production LLM systems, multi-provider gateways, cost governance and attribution, evals, and agentic tooling
• Cloud & reliability — AWS architecture and cost optimization, incident deep-dives, root cause analysis, and building observability that actually answers questions
• Engineering decisions — reviewing a proposal or design doc, pressure-testing your approach, or thinking through tradeoffs before you commit

How it works: share your problem or doc before the call so we spend the full session on substance, not context-setting. You'll leave with concrete next steps, not generic advice.

Best suited for: senior engineers, tech leads, and engineering managers at product companies. Not a fit for interview prep or career coaching (I have separate sessions for those).
