Hey, I'm Abhay. I grew up in India and did my engineering there. Then, I landed a job with General Electric in the UK. In 2016, I decided to do an MBA, and IE Business School in Madrid welcomed me. I did well, even making it to the Dean's list. After my MBA, I worked closely with L&T's big boss, A.M. Naik, learning the ropes of running a big company. Emerson noticed my skills in 2018 and brought me on as a Strategic Planning Manager for Europe. I worked in different roles across various countries before wrapping up my four-year stint. In 2022, I joined AWS and now lead the business development for a partner program in EMEA. I bring rich experience in advising startups as a mentor, interviewing candidates in my previous roles, and being an alumni mentor for my B-school fresh graduates.
