Hi, I’m Abhay — a Digital Transformation Leader, IIM Nagpur graduate, and someone who turned 20+ Interview rejections into a mission of career reinvention. I come from Jamshedpur, a small industrial town in India. I was shy, introverted, and struggled to speak in groups. After engineering, I faced over 20+ Interview rejections — not because I wasn’t capable, but because I lacked direction, structured thinking, and confidence to succeed. That pain pushed me to pursue an MBA — not just for a degree, but to transform who I was. At IIM Nagpur, I worked relentlessly on my communication, mindset, and marketable skills. I took risks, led initiatives, and stepped out of my comfort zone — again and again. That journey changed my life.
